CBV Alumni Board Feature: Sunny Williams + Tiny Docs
What propelled you into the entrepreneurial space? And what do you enjoy most about being a founder?
I had a vision to create something that I believed would add value and make the world a better place. I enjoy collaborating with smart and creative people.
Tell me about an experience you had as an entrepreneur or in starting your company that exemplified one of Camelback's core values.
I'm not sure a day has gone by when I have not heard the word "no" or "not right now" with respect to Tiny Docs. It's part of the entrepreneur's maturation process. Each "no" is a lesson. But we soldier on buoyed by the belief that Tiny Docs must exist. Not should. But must.
Is there anyone from the #camelbackfam you'd like to shout-out?
I want to shout-out my 2016 Camelback fellows. I think about them often and they inspire me.
How are you and/or your team adapting to the challenges of the coronavirus crisis? What are you most proud of overcoming in recent months.
When the Covid-19 crisis arrived at our shores, we reallocated resources to educate kids and families about the new coronavirus. And we made these resources available for free to dispel the avalanche of misinformation. I'm proud that we have been able to release new animation that has helped kids understand Covid-19 and the importance of wearing masks. We hope this contributes to saving lives.
What are you looking forward to as a Founder in 2021?
I'm looking forward to the promise of infinite possibilities. What a time to be alive! It's going to be a special year.
